Purpose: The IDNT Tools form allows you to record the International Dietetic & Nutrition Terminology for your Medical Nutrition Therapy and build your chart notes according to the Nutrition Care Process.
Function: Use the term finder tools or select the appropriate template of terms to build your list of assessment terms. Go to the nutrition diagnosis, intervention and monitoring and evaluation sections to complete the process. Transfer the terms to the text editor, make addition edits and paste these into your session notes.
