    Dear Dr. Gobble,
    I am in CO with a new computer and trying to load the new update of MNT Assistant and the MV Professional Suite that I orded as of OCT. 8, 2009 and I cannot access the username and password, or get access to download anything.  I do have the activation key  that I believe I need to download it, but I cannot access it.  HELP please call me asap 6561-592-7830  or email me asap if possible .  I have a new computer, and I was wondering if I need to actually download the original disc before I download the update, or can I just download the update from your website.  I have the opportunity to work in a pediatric office and want to start using this system asap; I have my first client and want to practice and walk through the charting etc. PLEASE help.  I am visiting my daughter in CO and have time to do this, I return to MN on Friday.
